Arriving Singapore[edit]

Before Arrival[edit]

Before Arriving into Singapore all travellers must submit the ICA Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) on the ICA website or on the MyICA Mobile App within 3 days before arrival, do not worry if you forget, there are notices after you exit the gate and staff reminding you to do it.

After Arrival[edit]

After Arriving at Singapore, please proceed to any of the automated checklanes, where it will use your biometrics to clear immigration. There is no need for your passport but you are recommended to bring it along with you if the automated process does not work well on you.

Proceed to the belts to collect your personal items.

There will be a security checkpoint to declare your goods, do surrender any items you need to declare or talk to them and ask whether the items you are carrying or prohibited.

Follow Directories to the Taxi Bays, Bus Bays or

MRT Station.

Departing Singapore[edit]

Firstly, please check-in with your respective airline, you may do so online or at the airport itself. Follow the directory that state 'Departure' and line up in an orderly manner while security checks the legitimacy of your boarding pass.

Next, proceed to any of the automated checklanes, where it will use your biometrics to clear immigration. There is no need for your passport but you are recommended to bring it along with you if the automated process does not work well on you.

Then, you may proceed to your gate or do some fine shopping (goods are duty-free).

Lastly, security checks will be done at the gate, Safe Flights. (In Terminal 4 you will do this after security checks your boarding pass)
