Jalan Chichau

Jalan Chichau was a road from Jalan Lam San to Jurong Road Track 22. It was already expunged in 2019. Several brickwork factories were demolished in 2005 to make way for housing and military developments.

Jalan Lam San

Jalan Lam San is a road from Choa Chu Kang Road and ending at the DEAD END. It will be expunged on 19 August 2025 to make way for future developments.

Jurong Road

Jurong Road was a small road near Tengah in western Singapore.

It was the oldest road in Jurong area, having been first constructed between 1852 and 1853 during the early British colonial period to create a proper road link between the rural areas of Jurong and the rest of Singapore. Later, it was extended towards Bukit Timah Road in 1929. In the 1960s, Jurong Road's original span ran from Bukit Timah Road (directly in front of the former Bukit Timah Fire Station) to a dead end in Tuas (at the present-day junction of Tuas Road and Pioneer Road). These roads were phased out progressively:

• The section of Jurong Road from Bukit Batok East Avenue 3 to Bukit Batok Street 23 was closed down on 20 March 1984.
• The section of Jurong Road from Bukit Batok Street 23 to Bukit Batok Road was closed down on 17 March 1985 and the remaining section in the east was renamed to Old Jurong Road.
• The section of Jurong Road around the Tengah area was closed down on 27 September 2020 together with Track 18, Track 20 and Track 22. This will help facilitate the construction of roads - Tengah Way, Tengah Boulevard, and Plantation Loop as well as neighbouring parks. The last section was also closed down for the construction of Plantation Edge I and II in 2022.
• The section of Jurong Road around Bulim area was closed down on 1993.
• The section of Upper Jurong Road from Pioneer Road North to Jurong West Avenue 4 was closed down on 11 April 1999 and realigned.

Smaller roads (mostly rural tracks formerly serving several villages (kampongs) scattered in the Tengah and Hong Kah localities) along the current Jurong Road spread out further into the largely-forested area of Tengah; these include Track 18, Track 20 and Track 22. Track 22 links to Jalan Chichau and Jalan Lam Sam (located along the southern edge of the Choa Chu Kang area). Both Jalan Chichau and Jalan Lam Sam has been removed from January 2019, and the Land Transport Authority announced on 29 September 2020 that it would expunge the remaining section of Jurong Road to make way for a new flyover and road interchange linking the PIE, Tengah and Jurong.

Plantation Crescent

Plantation Crescent is a road from Tengah Garden Avenue to Tengah Garden Walk. It will also serve Tengah Plantation MRT Station.

Tengah Drive is a road from Tengah Garden Walk to Bukit Batok Road. Previously Express Service 870 used to run along this stretch from Tengah Boulevard to Bukit Batok Road when it opened on December 2023.

Tengah Garden Avenue

Tengah Garden Avenue is a road from Plantation Crescent all the way to Tengah Garden Walk. Previously Express Service 992 used to run along this stretch from Tengah Boulevard to Plantation Crescent when it opened on December 2023.
