Redwan Ali
Redwan Ali is a Singaporean musician. He is best known for composing the scores for many MediaCorp productions.
Biography[edit]
Redwan Ali studied jazz composition at the Berklee College of Music from 1982 to 1985. He was an arranger for a variety of shows on MediaCorp Channel 5, Channel 8 and Suria, before he became the episodic composer for Channel 5, where he scored shows like Growing Up, Fighting Spiders and Crimewatch. Redwan has also scored the motion pictures I Not Stupid, Homerun and The Best Bet.
Redwan sung the ending theme for Mars Vs. Venus, "Would You Be There". For some time in 2006-2007, it was widely speculated that an album with Redwan's songs would be released by MediaCorp; nothing has materialised as of 2013.
Redwan continues to be the arranger for various Channel 5 and Channel 8 programmes.
