Could someone kindly help to verify if this service's duty allocation has changed?

I have consistently spotted SBS3513T multiple times on Service 4 between 1200h and 1600h every time I visit Tampines Interchange on a weekday. I suspect that the duty allocation might have changed since SBS3513T is currently reflected as an S-shift bus on the duty allocation table, hence could someone please help me to confirm the new duty allocation (if the duty allocation has indeed changed).
