When a bus appears on one particular service it can be temporary. It is NOT a permanent deployment.

Taking some of your edits,

1005 is still a 153 bus and you put it as 27. It has been doing 153 regularly.

3814 is still a 5 bus. Yes I also seen it on 145 but the next day it went back to 5.
