I don't think it's necessary to compile them into a collapsible table. Plus the Notes section is meant for miscellaneous stuff, so it is alright for the section to be lengthy.

Yes, I removed them as they are irrelevant. You did not reiterate about the sensors & buzzers.
 
Based on my observation, there's only a set of 4 side blinkers and 2 side cameras installed on the Batch 4 A95s as part of the I-SAW-U system.
 
Maybe you can enlighten me by defining your 'sensor' & 'buzzer'?

Thank you for your clarification. Do take note that the page you had mentioned was part of sgWiki Trains 2.0. It had not been rewrite / update to the current sgWiki Trains 3.0, hence the huge discrepancy of the layout.

Don't think it's necessary to mention such information. Those later A95s will have double black side camera covers, while those earlier A95s in white ones.
 
Maybe you might want to take note of those E6 A95s with hand grips at the standee/PIW areas. I think they were installed recently. Correct me if my observation is wrong.
