Hi,

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the proposed changes earlier. I am pleased to inform you that the bus spotting page has been launched, which I believe will assist editors in verifying deployment accuracy and enhancing the reliability of current deployment information.
Good to see you having a batch of images you uploaded. But due to some reasons, you have to be aware of something because one of them told me everything in my talk page.

To address concerns regarding potential false entries on the spotting page, I trust in the integrity of our editors to avoid posting hypothetical or inaccurate information. Additionally, I have implemented features such as Date/Time stamps and Editor attribution to reinforce accountability.
With this, we recommend you to read this: https://sso.agc.gov.sg/Act/CA2021 and https://support.google.com/legal/answer/3463239?hl=en

Regarding the subpages, I have launched the following: Scania K230UB (Euro IV) (Batch 2). Deployment details have been transferred to the respective subpages.

As a trial, I finalised the layout for the first subpage: Scania K230UB (Euro IV) (Batch 2)/1, incorporating your valuable feedback.
G/W Services
Please confirm if the following criteria are met:
Hi Alphabetlorefan1,
# Clear visibility and usability on mobile devices.
# Ease of information references.

If you have additional suggestions for improving the subpage layout, please do not hesitate to share your input. Thank you for your time and constructive feedback.
This development is still under progress, with the history section being just one of the components.

I came to a conclusion that in order for G/W services to be effectively presented, there is a need for a visual cue to illustrate how the bidirectional loop works. This is especially important for 84G/W, where both share the same sectors near the int before splitting, which is rarely seen on other G/W services. Furthermore, 84W already enters the loop directly after sharing the same sector with 84G, which makes the description of 84G/W even more difficult.

Concern regarding SBS6709B on routes 129 and 293
Feel free to give any further comments while I try to work to resolve these issues.

I edited the page because someone informed me that he was in a Discord server where a user once claimed that SBS6709B was always seen on route 129 instead of route 293, and that they take route 129 everyday.

Please check again on your edits. Thanks. GyecheonSageori (aka Gye) (talk,) 14:15, 31 December 2024 (+08)

New First Bus Last Bus Template
Hi Alphabetlorefan1,

Please take note, new FBLB Template is already in effect.

Do use the new template to fill in the FBLB timings for bus service pages.

Thanks and Regards

Really tough but good job for taking the time to create service pages. Continue with what u are working on the services in ascending order (it's alr a good direction), I have also provided most pics to the best of my ability. When I have time I will fill in the blank boxes for first bus last bus timings in certain svc pages.

Merging of Euro Emission & Batches
Hi,

Do you think we should merge the Euro Emission and Batches as we moves to subpage. This make it easier to link from Deployment by service pages back to model, and bus community will find it easier to find/track a bus rather than remembering the batches.

So it will be like this:

style= width=10%|Registration no.
style= width=10%|Deployment
style= width=10%|Batches (Optional Column)
class=unsortable style='text-align:center' width=40%|Advertisement
class=unsortable style='text-align:center' width=40%|Former Deployments

Bodywork differences such as Volvo B9TL CDGE/WEG/Gemilang will not be affected, similiarily to 2D/3D variants.

You are welcome.

I put into consideration that there are at least 5 editors that are checking work when new bus service pages are created, but these checks also need to be reasonably allocated to existing bus service pages that have teething issues. As you know, sgwiki has already been in the eyes of social media, therefore a proper auditing system needs to be in place to make corrections. It would be inefficient and of no use if we rush in creating bus service pages on the pretext that "only a few services are left" and end up having a bad legacy for discrepancies for the entire project on bus service pages. We are aiming for the one positive remark that our efforts in this project bear fruitful results.

On a side note, <br>
- for new amendment posters that come out, put in black before the route amendment date.<br>
- for service posters with updated first bus/last bus timings, put in dark blue.

I don't have much time in sgwiki left though I am doing my best to contribute whatever I can, because I also have real life jobs to juggle with.

I wish you all the best in transforming the wiki.

Re: Bus Interchange hyperlink
Looks good. The only think is Woodlands Interchange. The Woodlands Interchange shared the same infrastructure as Woodlands MRT, meaning Woodlands Interchange Exit 1 is the same as Woodlands MRT Exit 1 etc...

I had done for Punggol Int, which also implement the landmark/attraction thing for standardisation and updated the following pages:
* Punggol station
* Punggol LRT Bridging Service
* Bus Service 384

Do let me know if this is ok.

G/W Services[edit]

Hi Alphabetlorefan1,

This development is still under progress, with the history section being just one of the components.

I came to a conclusion that in order for G/W services to be effectively presented, there is a need for a visual cue to illustrate how the bidirectional loop works. This is especially important for 84G/W, where both share the same sectors near the int before splitting, which is rarely seen on other G/W services. Furthermore, 84W already enters the loop directly after sharing the same sector with 84G, which makes the description of 84G/W even more difficult.

Feel free to give any further comments while I try to work to resolve these issues.
