TIB838H was the demonstrator.
TIB873E was involved in an accident with a lorry at the junction of Choa Chu Kang Way and Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3 while on Service 300 on 22 October 2012. Both of the bus and lorry drivers were injured. No damage found on the bus. The bus is back on revenue service.
TIB900K was de-registered and scrapped due to a fire while travelling on Service 67 on 12 January 2001.
TIB901H and SBS8409D was involved in an accident outside The Nexus along Bukit Timah Road on 9 August 2012. The bus is back on revenue service.
