Rail Wiki Expansion[edit]
Hi Supernutorcrazy,
Is it OK to add info of train deployments (including TRNs and their sequences), acronyms legend and train fleet info (similar to what's done for buses)?
Data can be obtained from here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PMuCeF31etWzPv_U42qMaFoHvYwDpnkSWHgjvuuTxdg/edit
All data collated in the above document are based on spottings and observations from fellow enthusiasts.
I hope you will support us to make these valuable information more accessible to all. Thank you.
Station layout[edit]
Looks like a perfect concept! Very simple and straight to the point with just the icons in place.
Was this inspired from the elevator diagrams that appear at certain stations eg. Somerset, Chinatown? I will try and see whether I have the skill to do a replication.
How would this turn out if it were a transfer station?
Map progress /Alternative Travel Method Upgrades[edit]
Nah I checked the Main Page, I don't have the rights to edit.
Meanwhile I am getting some time to learn how to create a dropdown box
Thanks and Regards
White/blue UPD sticker[edit]
Hi,
The white/blue UPD stickers differentiate UPDEP buses between those under tendered contract (white) and those not (blue). This is exspecially a problem for UPDEP spare fleet, and buses in depots like AMDEP, BNDEP meant for Bukit Merah package. Hope this helps.

Re formatting of some svc fleet and all bus fleet pages[edit]
Hi I’m just wondering why is all bus fleet pages alongside some svc fleet pages completely changed by someone who's “destroying” sgwiki completely & thinking it’s his own personal website and this makes it annoying for us editors to edit things right now I really hope u do revert most of the old format changes back as editors like me definitely do prefer it.
Re: reformatting of bus service pages[edit]
Hi, I see why you and sgbustrain may want to reformat it to make information more easily accessible by displaying information about each bus service all on 1 page. However, by reformatting these pages, they basically show information similar to what other websites and apps display. They will just be like landtransportguru’s bus service pages, but with much less information (i.e. route length, travelling time, and many photos of the bus service), rendering these SgWiki pages useless and replaceable. Even if you still insist on reformatting pages to have a page for each individual bus service, I hope that it will also include information like perm buses, down routes, duty table, etc. In conclusion, Sgwiki’s pages should offer something different and not just duplicate existing pages. Thanks.

Bus History page[edit]
Hi is it possible that History page be kept untouched? I nearly missed out on Sv 78's amendment to Jurong Town Hall Int when doing a complication of the bus history for today (26 November)
Loss of Bus Advertisement Information[edit]
Hi there,
It has been very long since I last spoke to you. A little mixed feelings with regards to the changes but nevertheless would wish to highlight on the removal of the bus advertisement section on bus deployments by model. This makes it harder for bus enthusiasts to track on new bus advertisements and I feel it is a real shame that all the hard work that has been done by previous editors have been put to waste.
Also, in addition to that, I feel the new organisation of information is making the rows and columns unnecessarily long and I do not think this is a good thing from a user perspective point of view (eg. The labeling for Lush Green livery across ~100 buses in rego number succession cannot even be seen easily because so many buses have this livery).
With these changes, I also wish to know if Bus Deployments by Service and Bus Deployments by Model will be completely independent and separate from each other. Because from the way I see it, editors are no longer able to update bus deployments for specific rego numbers into the new Bus Deployments by Service pages. Maybe it would be good if I could get some clarity on the overall changes and the basis for these drastic changes.
Thank you.

Re: Clickable Link (Bus Service)[edit]
Yup I think it is much better now. Thanks.

Depot Allocation[edit]
Hi,
First of all, you need to understand that AMDEP is a support depot, similar to BRBP, where it is not assigned to any package. Initially, 86 was meant to be under Sengkang-Hougang and based off HGDEP, but due to severe overloading and HGDEP is shared between 2 packages, Serangoon-Eunos and Sengkang-Hougang.
This is also why SBST is able to practice dual depot measures, because they have a support depot to reduce overcrowding of buses in other depots. These methods are not approved by the LTA and are considered illegal and a breach of the tender.
Anyways back to your question, for SMRT and TTS, those buses are operator allocated, hence, cross depot cameos are frequent (Eg. E500s on 961 and 960 etc). This is not the case for the BYDs, as SBST signed over the assets to be specifically under HGDEP, as the knowledge from LTA’s standpoint is “I am strictly running Sengkang-Hougang based on HGDEP and not from AMDEP”, which is also why if the BYDs were to get into an accident, HGDEP will have to be held accountable instead of AMDEP.
Take Service 25 for an example, it is under Bedok Bus Package, but run by AMDEP due to ease the load off BNDEP.
Hope it clarifies.
RE: sgWiki Buses Huge Table[edit]
Hi there,
I think that the new layout for the bus livery is rather quite unique, but definitely much better than the previous method of displaying the livery type.
