Bus Service 17A was a supplementary residential service linking residents along Bedok North Avenue 4, Bedok North Road, and Bedok North Avenue 1 to Bedok Town Centre and Bedok Industrial Park. It was converted into a Short-Trip service after Go-Ahead took over bus operations for the Loyang Bus Package in 2016.

It benefited from the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP) where it was converted to a full-day service.
