Mandai is a planning area in Singapore's Northern Region. It has a land area of approximately 11.77 km2, and ranks 23rd, 35th and 37th in terms of size, population and density. It is situated west of Yishun, southwest of Sembawang, south of Woodlands, north of the Central Water Catchment and east of Sungei Kadut.
Mandai planning area is divided into 3 subzones, namely Mandai Estate, Mandai East and Mandai West.
