Jurong West is a planning area and residential town in Singapore's Western Region. It has a land area of approximately 14.69km2, and ranks 16th, 2nd and 3rd in terms of size, population and density. Jurong West planning area is situated north of Boon Lay, northeast of Pioneer, south of Tengah and Western Water Catchment and west of Jurong East.
The planning area is made up of 9 subzones, namely Jurong West Central, Kian Teck, Safti, Taman Jurong, Chin Bee, Boon Lay Place, Hong Kah, Wenya and Yunnan.
