The second section includes the Teban Gardens and Pandan Gardens estates, bounded by the [[Ayer Rajah Expressway]], Penjuru Road, West Coast Road, and Sungei Pandan.

Jurong East is a planning area and residential town in Singapore's Western Region. It has a land area of about 17.83km2, and ranks 11th, 22nd & 28th in terms of size, population & density respectively. It is bordered by Jurong West and Boon Lay to the west, Clementi to the east, Tengah and Bukit Batok to the north and Selat Jurong to the south.
