Measuring at approximately 7.62 km2, Bishan ranks the 38th, 21st & 15th in terms of size, population & density respectively. Primarily a housing estate, HDB flats here are generally more expensive compared to other estates due to its location in the central region, which commands a higher price over other estates that are further away from the city.
