Queenstown is a planning area and satellite residential town located on the southwestern side of Singapore's Central Region. It has a land area of approximately 20.43km2, and ranks 10th, 19th and 27th in terms of size, population and density respectively. It is situated east and southeast of Clementi, west and northwest of Bukit Merah, southwest of Tanglin and south of Bukit Timah.

This area mainly houses elite and prominent educational institutions, such as the National University of Singapore.

Queenstown planning area is made up of the following 15 subzones: Pasir Panjang 1, Queensway, Tanglin Halt, Mei Chin, National University Of Singapore, Port, Kent Ridge, One North, Commonwealth, Dover, Ghim Moh, Singapore Polytechnic, Pasir Panjang 2, Holland Drive and Margaret Drive.
