- As part of the transition for the Jurong West Bus Package,
- bus services 179, 179A, 181, 181M, 192, 193, 194, 199, 240, 240M, 241, 242, 243G, 243W, 246, 249, 251, 252, 405 will be operated by SMRT Buses from Sunday, 1 September 2024;
- bus services 182, 182M, 185, 247, 248, 248M, 253, 254, 255, 257, 258, 502, 502A, 974 will be operated by SMRT Buses from Sunday, 15 September 2024;

- From Sunday, 1 September 2024, bus service 170 towards the direction of Woodlands Checkpoint will be amended to ply along Arab Street, Weld Road and Jalan Besar, skipping the bus stop outside Fu Lu Shou Complex due to a permanent closure of a section of Queen Street to facilitate the construction of the North-South Corridor. With the route amendment, bus service 170 will call at an additional bus stop at Jalan Besar MRT Exit A. Please refer here for more information.

- From Monday, 2 September 2024, bus service 249A will be introduced from Boon Lay Interchange to Tanjong Kling Road. Please refer here for more information.
- From Monday, 2 September 2024, short trip 84A will operate during morning peak period of weekdays during SIT school term. Please refer here for more information.
- From Sunday, 15 September 2024, bus service 861 will be introduced from Sembawang Interchange and looping at Yishun Ring Road. In addition, short trip 861A will also be introduced from Sembawang Interchange to Khatib MRT, and will operate after the last bus 861 has departed Sembawang Interchange.
