It connects residential blocks, schools, and public amenities in Jurong West Neighbourhoods 1, 2, and 3 to Jurong West Town Centre, as well as EW26Lakeside station.

On the eves of public holidays, operating hours are extended to align with the last train at EW27Boon Lay. Revised timing will be announced by the operator closer to the respective dates.
