SMRT Buses Feeder Service 243G and SMRT Buses Feeder Service 243W are a group of bidirectional feeder bus services that serve residents along Jurong West Street 64, Jurong West Street 81, Jurong West Avenue 5, Jurong West Street 61, and Jurong West Street 62. It connects residential blocks, schools, and public amenities in Jurong West Neighbourhoods 6, 7, and 8 to Gek Poh Shopping Centre, Boon Lay station and Jurong West Town Centre.

Both services were formerly operated as a single service with two directions, distinguished by coloured destination plates: green for Direction 1 and white for Direction 2. These corresponded to what are now known as Service 243G and Service 243W respectively. With the introduction of newer buses equipped with electronic displays, this service was progressively rebranded as two separate services, 243G and 243W. However, the bus stop poles continued to display the unified ‘243’ designation until they were officially updated in October 2019 to reflect the new route labels ‘243G’ and ‘243W’.

Operating hours are extended on the eves of public holidays to align with the last train at Boon Lay station. Revised timing will be announced closer to the respective dates by the operator.
