	Train services and selected bus services will be extended for commuters travelling late during the eve of Chinese New Year (Tuesday, 28 January 2025). Selected bus services will have its evening peak-hour schedule adjusted. This is to facilitate the upgrading of the BPLRT signalling system, as well as the testing of the new and retrofitted Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs) on the BPLRT network. Please refer here for more information. From Sunday, 26 January 2025, two bus stops along Thomson Road will be merged and relocated to facilitate works for the North South Corridor. As a result, bus services 132 and 156 will call at the bus stop in front of Singapore Polo Club (51031) instead of bus stop after Mount Pleasant Road (51023). Please refer here for more information. From Sunday, 26 January 2025, the route of feeder service 230 will be extended to start and end at Toa Payoh Link (Caldecott station) to enhance connectivity for Toa Payoh East residents. SMRT Buses Bus Service 194 connects the industrial areas along Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim with Jurong West Town Centre, utilising a non-stop sector along Jalan Boon Lay to enhance efficiency.

Previously, this service primarily catered to visitors of Jurong Bird Park before its closure and relocation to Mandai. On special occasions, double-decker buses were temporarily deployed to accommodate increased passenger demand for travel to Jurong Bird Park.
