	From Sunday, 14 November 2024 to 31 October 2025, Train services on the Bukit Panjang LRT will end an hour earlier at 22:30 every Thursday to Sunday (except Public Holidays). This is to facilitate the upgrading of the BPLRT signalling system, as well as the testing of the new and retrofitted Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs) on the BPLRT network. Feeder Service 296 connects residents in Tampines North to EW2DT32Tampines station and nearby amenities such as Tampines North Polyclinic and Tampines Retail Park (IKEA Tampines). Notably, Bus Service 296 is the first public bus to serve within Tampines Retail Park (IKEA, Giant & Courts), with a new bus stop directly outside IKEA Tampines. Previously, the retail park was only accessible via Tampines Retail Park shuttle bus services, or other bus services along Tampines Avenue 10. Commuters travelling to and from industrial buildings at T-Space and BHCC Space along Tampines North Drive 2 also benefit from new bus stops constructed outside these buildings.
