Rochor is a planning area located in the Central Region of Singapore. It has a land area of about 1.61 km2, Rochor ranks the 49th, 29th & 22nd in terms of size, population & density respectively.

Rochor is located within the Central Area of the Central Region of Singapore and is made out of 7 subzones, namely, Bencoolen, Farrer Park, Kampong Glam, Little India, Mount Emily, Rochor Canal and Sungei Road. Rochor shares boundaries with is bordered by Kallang to the north and east, Newton to the west, as well as Museum and the Downtown Core to the south.
