Seletar is a planning area and an urban area in the North-East region of Singapore. It has a land area of approximately 10.25km2, and ranks 27th, 41st & 40th in terms of size, population and density respectively. It shares boundaries with Sengkang to the south, Punggol to the east, Yishun and Simpang to the west, as well as the Straits of Johor to the north.
