Bukit Panjang, formerly known as Zhenghua, is a planning area and residential town in Singapore's West Region. It has a land area of approximately 8.99km2, and ranks 37th, 13th & 7th in terms of size, population & density respectively. The planning area is situated east of Bukit Batok and Choa Chu Kang, south of Sungei Kadut, the west of Central Water Catchment and north of Bukit Timah.
