Like SBS6854P (and SBS3027E), these buses are not in UPDEP, and were likely pasted with white UPD stickers to provide more buses to help with the eventual transition from dual HGDEP/UPDEP to full UPDEP control. That said, do edit if SBS8851J and SBS8942E have (a) new perm service(s) (and are thus not SP).

Also, there is no need to update SBS6854P's former deployments since that bus stayed in HGDEP, and would thus be immediately redeployed from 145 to another service (likely 137, as I have just edited), if not a spare bus.
