Fleet Numbering[edit]
The car numbers of the trains range from 2001x to 2091x, where x depends on the carriage type.
- The last digit identifies the position of the car from the front end of the train; where ‘1’ represents first car, ‘2’ represents second car, ‘3’ represents third car and ‘4’ represents fourth car.
- Example: Passenger Vehicle 2005 would consist of 4 cars with serial number 20051, 20052, 20053 and 20054 respectively.
- Sequence may be reversed depending on the direction of travel.
