	From Sunday, 14 November 2024 to 31 October 2025, Train Services on the Bukit Panjang LRT will end an hour earlier at 22:30 every Thursday to Sunday (except Public Holidays). This is to facilitate the upgrading of the BPLRT signalling system, as well as the testing of the new and retrofitted Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs) on the BPLRT network. Bus Service 173 is a residential trunk route connecting the housing estates of Bukit Batok and Clementi, and the private estates of Hillview, Hume, Upper Bukit Timah, Toh Tuck and Lorong Kismis to Bukit Batok and Clementi Town Centres. Much of its route serves residents of private estates and condominiums along its route.

Short-Trip Bus Service 173A offers unidirectional trips serving within the Bukit Batok estate during the late night hours (after the last bus of Service 173 has departed), without having to operate full-distance trips of Service 173.
