Tower Transit Bus Service 143M is a supplementary route variant of Service 143, operating as a residential loop service within Jurong East. It serves residents along Teban Gardens Road and Pandan Gardens, connecting residential blocks, schools, and public amenities in Jurong East Neighbourhood 4 to Jurong East station and Jurong East Regional Centre. The service helps ease demand on Services 51, 79, and 143 between Teban Gardens and Jurong East station. Its route closely resembles the former Service 331, which was integrated with Service 143 and discontinued in 2002.

Before its introduction, Short-Trip Service 143A operated after the final departure of Service 143 from Jurong East Interchange to the bus stop before Hasanah Mosque along Teban Gardens Road. This Short-Trip service was discontinued with the launch of Service 143M under the Land Transport Authority's Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).

Operating hours are extended on the eves of public holidays to align with the last train at Jurong East station.
