Along Jalan Bahar, this service observes some demand as a alternative to bus services [[Bus Service 172|172]] & [[Bus Service 199|199]] towards Boon Lay. This service is one of the unique services that perform u-turns enroute. First, at Old Choa Chu Kang Road End near National Shooting Centre. Second, at Lim Chu Kang Road before Lorong Rusuk. This service only operates during Qing Ming, Good Friday. First Ramadan, Hari Raya Puasa, Hari Raya Haji, Deepavali & All Souls' Day. On days where there are extremely heavy traffic along Old Choa Chu Kang Road, buses may skip the road and proceed onto Lim Chu Kang Road.
