Tuas Link (EW33) is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East–West Line. As neither the tracks can be built higher nor the concourse be built on the ground level, the concourse level had to be built on a higher level than the platforms, making it the first elevated station to have such an arrangement.

Entry or exit by foot to Tuas Checkpoint is prohibited despite the proximity of this station to Tuas Checkpoint. Commuters are to transfer to Causeway Link Bus Service CW7 if they wish to enter or depart Singapore via Tuas Checkpoint.

Construction incident

On 25 August 2012, an Indian national construction worker died after falling into a 68m deep bore hole at the worksite near the station. The body of the worker was recovered the next day, almost 24 hours later. Preliminary findings revealed that the workers were in the process of lowering a rebar cage when it got dislodged from its lifting chains and dragged the 30-year-old worker into a 1.5m wide bore hole.
