Tower Transit Feeder Service 284 is a feeder bus route linking residents along Clementi Avenue 4 to the Clementi Town Centre. It is the shortest complete bus service in Singapore at 1.8km long, serving only three bus stops en route. This service performs a U-turn at the end of Clementi Avenue 4 to return to the interchange.

Operating hours are extended on the eves of public holidays to align with the last train at EW23Clementi. The operator will announce the revised timing closer to the respective dates.
