Tower Transit Bus Service 189 is an inter-town route linking the residential estates of Bukit Batok and Clementi.

Short-Trip Service 189A supplements demand between Bukit Batok station and industries in Bukit Batok, and caters to late night commuters needing last-mile connectivity after the last full-distance trip of Service 189. It operates during weekday morning peak hours and after the last bus of Service 189, terminating at Bt Batok St 23 (Opp Midview Bldg).

Operating hours are extended on the eves of public holidays to align with the last train at Bukit Batok station.
