Tower Transit City Direct Service 674 provides residents of Tengah, who rely on the rail network and feeder buses, with a direct travel alternative to the Central Business District (CBD). This service incorporates an express sector between Plantation Crescent and Central Business District via Bukit Batok Road, Jurong Town Hall Road and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).

It benefit from the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Connectivity Enhancement Programme (BCEP) (4^th bus service introduced under the programme), and the 25^th peak-hour unidirectional city direct bus service introduced.

Evening peak-hour departures will be brought forward to the afternoon on the eves of Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year. Revised timing will be announced closer to the respective dates by the operator.
