SBS Transit Bus Service 120 connects Telok Blangah Heights and surrounding estates with Telok Blangah MRT Station. The route further extends to Kampong Bahru via Alexandra Road, Redhill MRT and Jalan Bukit Merah, enhancing connectivity to more housing estates and amenities.

This service is Introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).
