	From 14 November 2024 to 31 October 2025, train services on the Bukit Panjang LRT will end an hour earlier at 10.30pm every Thursday to Sunday (except Public Holidays). This is to facilitate the upgrading of the BPLRT signalling system, as well as the testing of the new and retrofitted Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs) on the BPLRT network. Please refer here for more information. From 15 June 2025 to 30 July 2025, Train services on the Circle Line will end earlier at 11pm on Sundays, Mondays to Wednesday. SBS Transit Bus Service 16 is an inter-town route connecting the residential estates of Bedok, Marine Parade, and Bukit Merah to central areas such as Downtown Core, Orchard, and River Valley. Running parallel to the Circle Line between Dakota and Dhoby Ghaut stations, it provides essential connectivity for residents along Joo Chiat Road, offering direct access to central areas.

Complementing this service is Service 16M, a supplementary variant that operates alongside Service 16 on weekdays and Saturdays. Service 16M provides doorstep convenience for Bukit Merah residents travelling to Bukit Merah Polyclinic, with its operating hours aligned to the polyclinic’s opening hours.
