SMRT Buses Bus Service 182 is an industrial service connecting the transport nodes of Joo Koon Integrated Transport Hub and Tuas Link station to various industrial estates located along Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim, Tuas South Avenue 3, Tuas South Avenue 8, Tuas South Avenue 5, as well as the vehicular checkpoint of Tuas Second Link. It sees moderate to high demand throughout the day throughout its loop in Tuas South. In addition, unlike Services 192 and 193, it plies the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Ayer Rajah Expressway between Tuas Link and Joo Koon Interchange.

SMRT Buses Bus Service 182M makes a direct left turn from AYE to Tuas West Drive with an intermediate bus stop at Tuas Link station, skipping the u-turn detour at Tuas Checkpoint towards Tuas South. It stops at Tuas Checkpoint only on its return trip to Joo Koon Interchange.

Entry or exit by foot to Tuas Checkpoint is prohibited. Commuters taking this service are to transfer to Causeway Link Bus Service CW7 at Tuas Link MRT Station if they wish to enter or depart Singapore via Tuas Checkpoint.
