Tower Transit Feeder Service 333 is a feeder bus route that serves residents along Toh Guan Road, Jurong East Avenue 1, and Jurong East Street 32. It connects residential blocks, schools, and public amenities in Jurong East Neighbourhoods 2 and 3 to Jurong East Regional Centre. Services 98 and 98M provide a faster connection between Jurong East Avenue 1 and Jurong East station without taking a detour via Toh Guan Road.

Operating hours are extended on the eves of public holidays to align with the last train at Jurong East station. Revised timing will be announced closer to the respective dates by the operator.
