Tower Transit Bus Service 49 is an inter-town bus service that connects the residential estates of Jurong East, Taman Jurong subzone (Jurong West), and Hong Kah subzone (Jurong West).

It is the 16th bus service to benefit from the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP) (15th bus service introduced under the programme and the 9th bus service extended under the programme).
