SBS Transit Bus Service 46 is a trunk service plying between Upper East Coast Bus Terminal and Pasir Ris Bus Interchange, connecting the residential towns of Tampines West, Bedok North, Bedok South and Tampines North.

It was later extended to Pasir Ris via the new residential estate in Tampines North in October 2022.

It was the 65^th bus service to benefit from the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP) (79^th bus service introduced under the programme).
