	From Sunday, 14 November 2024 to 31 October 2025, Train services on the Bukit Panjang LRT will end an hour earlier at 22:30 every Thursday to Sunday (except Public Holidays). This is to facilitate the upgrading of the BPLRT signalling system, as well as the testing of the new and retrofitted Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs) on the BPLRT network. Promenade (CC4/DT15) is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the Circle Line and the Downtown Line, and serves as an interchange station between the two lines.

This station is the deepest station in Singapore with a depth of 43 meters below ground along with Bencoolen Station.

Dreams in Social Cosmic Odyssey by :phunk, can be found in the Circle Line part of the station. It features giant drips of disco balls suspended from the ceiling.

Earthcake by Ana Prvacki, can be found in the Downtown Line part of the station. It features an artwork that depicts the grounds of tiers of Singapore's history, culture, growth and development.
