SBS Transit Bus Service 133 is an inter-town service connecting the residential estates of Ang Mo Kio, Serangoon and Kallang to the Central Business District (CBD). Demand is substantial during weekday peak hours due to its connection with the CBD as well as Serangoon and Bugis. The service shares the Ang Mo Kio – Shenton Way start/end termini with Bus Service 130.
