SBS Transit Bus Service 63M is a supplementary route variant of Service 63, operating as a residential loop service within Geylang. It serves residents along Ubi Avenue 1, Circuit Road, and Pipit Road, connecting residential blocks, schools, and public amenities in Kampong Ubi and MacPherson to MacPherson station, Eunos station, and Kampong Ubi Industrial Estate.

Before its introduction, Short-Trip Service 63A operated between Eunos Interchange and Aljunied station during the weekday morning peak periods and after the final departure of Service 63. In March 2012, Short-Trip 63A was discontinued following the launch of Service 63M, which included a revision of its operational hours to run during the weekday evening peak periods. Service 63M was later converted to a full-day service in July 2014 under the Land Transport Authority's Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).

Operating hours are extended on the eves of public holidays to align with the last train at Eunos station.
