SBS Transit Bus Service 121 serves the residential neighbourhoods of Telok Blangah, Kim Tian, and Havelock with greater connectivity to Tiong Bahru, Outram Park MRT Stations and the CBD, along with other amenities in the vicinity.

It was the 9^th bus service to benefit from the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP) (8^th bus service introduced under the programme).
