SBS Transit Bus Service 123M is a full day route variant of Service 123, providing direct connections for the residential neighbourhoods along Bukit Purmei Avenue to rail services at EW17Tiong Bahru and NE1CC29HarbourFront. It is the 4^th bus service to be extended under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP), with the service extended and loop sector changed in 2014.

This service will call at the same stops along Bukit Purmei Avenue in both directions. Commuters are advised to check the electronic destination signage for the direction, and the destination plate before boarding the bus at those stops. This service uses coloured information plates.
