	From Sunday, 27 April 2025, Pasir Ris Bus Interchange will be relocated to the new Pasir Ris Integrated Transport Hub (ITH), which will be accessible via Pasir Ris Mall, Level 1. From Monday, 28 April 2025, supplementary bus service 21X will be introduced, operating from Saint Michael's Terminal and looping at Thomson Road. It will only operate during Weekday peak hours. SBS Transit Bus Service 21X is an upcoming peak hour limited-stop supplementary route variant of Service 21, offering quicker journeys between the residential areas of Whampoa (within Balestier, subzone of Novena) and Novena station. It will incorporate non-stop sectors along Balestier Road and Moulmein Road. Although classified as an “Express-Feeder” service, it will follow regular distance-based fares, similar to Service 21.

This service will be the 14^th bus service introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Connectivity Enhancement Programme (BCEP).
