SBS Transit Bus Service 73 is an inter-town bus service that connects the residential estates of Ang Mo Kio, Serangoon, Serangoon Gardens subzone, Serangoon, and Toa Payoh through the Serangoon North industrial region, Serangoon.

This service serves Serangoon Garden Way in both directions (towards Ang Mo Kio Interchange and towards Toa Payoh Interchange). Commuters are to check the Electronic Display Signage (EDS) or Destination Signage Plates on the bus before boarding.
