SBS Transit Bus Service 155 is an inter-town bus service that connects the residential estates of Toa Payoh, Bidadari, MacPherson, Aljunied, Eunos, Telok Kurau and Bedok. It primarily serves as a doorstep service for many residential estates, town centres, markets, schools, healthcare facilities and other key amenities along the route. For instance, it directly connects MacPherson and Aljunied estates in both directions, thereby lessens the walking distance required, which benefits senior citizens in both areas.

This service serves Merpati Road, Circuit Road, Pipit Road, and Mattar Road in both directions (towards Bedok Interchange and towards Toa Payoh Interchange). Commuters are to check the Electronic Display Signage (EDS) or Destination Signage Plates on the bus before boarding.
