SBS Transit Bus Service 88 is a inter-town service linking the residential areas of Pasir Ris, Sengkang, Hougang, Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, and Toa Payoh. This service operates a full double-decker fleet to cater to heavy demand at various points of the route. It plies the Tampines Expressway (TPE) between Pasir Ris Drive 12 and Punggol Road.

Short-Trip Service 88A supplements the high demand from Punggol Road and Hougang to ITE College Central Ang Mo Kio station and from ITE College Central to Ang Mo Kio station. Operating during weekday morning peak hours and afternoons, it terminates at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 (Opp Ang Mo Kio Stn).

Short-Trip Service 88B supplements the high demand from Ang Mo Kio station to ITE College Central and Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2. Operating during weekday morning peak hours, it terminates at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 (Bef Yio Chu Kang Rd).
