SBS Transit Bus Service 21 is an inter-town route linking the residential estates of Pasir Ris, Tampines, Bedok, Geylang, Kallang, and Novena. It was Singapore's first wheelchair-accessible bus (WAB) service, which consisted of the Volvo B9TL (CDGE) double-decker buses.

This service calls at the same bus stop(s) along Jalan Bahagia and Jalan Tentaram in both directions (towards Pasir Ris Interchange and Saint Michael’s Terminal). Commuters should check the Electronic Display Signage (EDS) or Destination Plate displayed before boarding.
