SBS Transit Bus Service 45 is a inter-town route connecting the residential towns of Ang Mo Kio, Serangoon, Lor Ah Soo, Ubi and Bedok North.

This service experiences high demand for Service 45 from residential estates and schools along Lorong Ah Soo, connecting residents and students to Serangoon station along the North East Line and Circle Line.
