SBS Transit Bus Service 123M, a full-day supplementary route variant of Service 123, is a residential route within Bukit Merah that serves residents along Lower Delta Road and Bukit Purmei Avenue. It connects residential blocks, schools, and public amenities in Telok Blangah Rise (Bukit Merah subzone) to Tiong Bahru and HarbourFront stations.

It is the 4^th bus service to be extended from the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).

This service serves Bukit Purmei Avenue in both directions (towards Tiong Bahru Road and towards HarbourFront Interchange). Commuters are to check the Electronic Display Signage (EDS) or Destination Signage Plates on the bus before boarding.
